Since I was unable to take ViraStop and I wanted to add another supplement to my arsenal, I've begun taking ImmunoPro.
ImmunoPro (also called ImmunePro) is one of several undenatured whey protein products on the market. Undenatured whey protein has been shown to increase production of a substance that is low in patients with CFS, glutathione, which protects cells from toxins and free radicals and is also important for immune function.
I began taking ImmunoPro at one scoop (5 grams) per day shortly after discontinuing the ViraStop. The first few times I took it, the taste really bothered me, but I can hardly taste it now. Many people report flu like symptoms when first starting these products, and I did seem to have a minor increase in the headaches and strange face pains that I've been having since starting with Olive Leaf and Lauricidin. Hopefully this is a sign that it's doing it's job.
